Terrible interview process, a waste of time really. Don't bother at allowed to do it on the weekend and I can do it for you and you can do it for me and you can do it for
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Norgine (Brussels) in Jan 2021
Interview
The application process was very informal in 2020.
An open conversation with the immediate supervisor (district manager). This was very extensive, relaxed, and felt very natural.
During the second interview with the same person, they mainly listened to my feelings. What did I think of the first introductory interview? What Norgine finds important is that the choice works both ways. Norgine chooses you as a candidate, but you also choose Norgine.
The general manager was also present at the third interview. There, I had to demonstrate some selling skills in a specific case study.
Two stage, competency based interview, in person. Followed a SWAT format, with a written task assigned and submitted before interview. Interview was fair and balanced. People seemed friendly and welcoming.
