Interview
I applied through the company's website and a few days later a recruiter sent me an email. An interview with HR was scheduled and I spoke with a recruiter who was very friendly at the time. The first conversation was standard, we only talked about my career, experiences and technologies I've worked with.
After that we scheduled a technical interview, which was really cool. Nothing too in-depth, mostly about some basic concepts and lots of questions about situations and how to solve them. I thought it was a really interesting approach.
I received positive feedback via email, the recruiter said that the technical interviewer evaluated me well and asked a few more questions via email about my experience working with Event Driven Architecture and after I answered that I had the experience (and I didn't even need to because my resume already said that) I was simply ignored.
Today marks two weeks since I was ghosted. That was the negative part of the process.

Processo seletivo muito longo, demasiadamente exigente pro salário oferecido (que é bem abaixo da média pro mercado remoto internacional) e pouco eficiente. Fiz uma etapa de screening, uma entrevista técnica com um funcionário da consultoria que me fez 1h-1h15 de perguntas técnicas de todos os tipos, um projeto para construir uma API com requisitos "production ready" (ou seja, você gasta muito mais tempo implementando logging, testes unitários e de integração, documentação, etc do que a solução em si), pra só então vc ter uma outra etapa preparatória onde você finalmente vai poder saber sobre o cliente (que diga-se de passagem tinha muitas reclamações no Glassdoor por parte dos devs sobre ambiente tóxico e desorganização nos processos) e a partir dali eu poderia esperar mais 2 entrevistas com o cliente.
Entre uma etapa e outra, vários dias de espera, e houveram algumas confusões por parte da Nearsure sobre a etapa no qual eu estava, qual o teste que eu teria que realizar, datas, etc. Num desses intervalos eu fiz um processo inteiro em outra empresa e aceitei a oferta.
Resumindo, o processo inteiro levaria 40 dias ou mais e você perde muito tempo antes de saber ao menos pra qual cliente vai trabalhar.
