After applying online, I received an email inviting me to schedule a Zoom interview with the Manager and Director. Following the Zoom interview, I promptly received a request to schedule an in-person interview lasting three hours at their office, scheduled two weeks later. Two days after the in-person interview, I was informed via email that I had advanced to the finalist stage and was asked to provide three references. The references were contacted on the same day. However, after seeking an update a week later, I was informed they were still in the process of contacting references and anticipated making a decision the following week. It has now been seven days since then, and I am still awaiting further communication.
