Interview
I applied with a resume and cover letter. In about a week, I was called by the manager. We had a brief conversation and was asked to come in for an interview. I showed up early, but he showed up about 30 minutes late, claiming that he had made a mistake in his calendar. He and I spoke for 15 minutes or so, largely consisting of him explaining what they do and what they would expect of me. Then I was left in the conference room for about 10 minutes or so. He brought another colleague in to speak with me and finally the people whom I would be working with closely. He said that he would call me with either an offer or a rejection. Four weeks later, I have not heard back, despite my making two follow up calls.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at North Coast Education Services (Solon, OH) in Jul 2015
Interview
Was a scam.....The company dupes people into attending their "interview session". Upon arrival, is only when you learn of the REQUIRED $300.00 WORKSHOP TO WORK FOR THEIR COMPANY! I felt very disrespected as Carol bashes all new teachers and college graduates.

You fill out a questionnaire and after a review of your skills, you can sign up for Training that you pay for yourself. However this includes all of the workbooks you would need to tutor with their methods.

Question 1
There really weren't any difficult questions due to a mass interview process.
