The interview process was calm and professional, aligning with what you would typically expect in a structured setting. The questions were clear and directly related to the key responsibilities of the position. It felt more like a focused conversation about how I could contribute to their team, rather than a high-pressure evaluation. Overall, it was a positive and informative experience.

It was online. Five of the faculty participated in the interview. The graduate student coordinator asked most of the questions. They wanted to know about my previous teaching experiences and research interests.
