I applied online. I interviewed at North Hennepin Community College (Brooklyn Park, MN) in Jul 2015
Interview
I interviewed with a panel of 4 people, one dean, two faculty, and one administrative assistant. The interview lasted an hour and included a ten-minute teaching demonstration. The panel was polite, but not overly friendly. The interview focused on teaching ability/experience and soft skills rather than content area knowledge.

Interview
Applied online and received an offer for an interview one week after the job posting closed. Interview was with four employees with only one from the department I would be working in. Questions included the topics of working with a diverse group of people, working in a fast paced environment, and what do yo know about the college. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly

Please explain how you have worked with a diverse group of individuals and how you've promoted diversity in the workplace
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at North Hennepin Community College (Brooklyn Park, MN) in Oct 2012
Interview
Very casual and laid back. The interview did not take long at all. They pretty much wanted to know my availability and how comfortable I was with flexible or walk-in clients or if I'd rather have scheduled ones. Joe was really easy to work with and made things very low-key. The process of getting started didn't take long at all - a few forms to fill out and that was about it!
