NorthWind Technical Services interview questions

Lady called and I answered some questions. Then a video call. Then an in person interview. They took a lot of time to get to know me. They seemed to care about who they hire.

They had me go to the location in Northern Kansas and tour the facilities, briefly shadow two departments of engineering, and then interviewed me with 5 people sitting on the interview. Very professional and very serious process.
