The interview process is easy for a graduate. The interviewer is freindly, which made the candidate do not feel stressed during the interview. The interviewer starts the interview with tell me about yourself, followed by what values can you bring to the company and what do you see yourself in the future.

The reception asked me to fill a very traditional application form and then I waited for 20 minutes for the manager. It was a rather informal session. He asked my prior experience, my familiarity to projects, standards and contract laws. Besides, he also asked about my school and hobbies.
