Typical "are you a normal person capable of working" type of questions. They asked about previous work experience, physical capabilities and availability for scheduling. The supervisor who interviewed me was pleasant and honest about the job.

Got a call from the Quality Director who had received a copy of my resume. He conducted an initial phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes. A formal in-person interview was then scheduled at the facility.

too many calls. kept changing times and dates. Boss was arrogant and seemed distracted and was interested in my answers. Kept telling me how hard the job is and how high the turn over was
