Interview
It has changed slightly. They ideally like candidates that can handle a certain amount of electronics as well as electrician type work. The panel varies and it is hard to know what they are thinking.

Interview
I was employed for i showed a knowledge of knots, the ability to adapt, for i was an ex Royal Engineer from the Army. I had to do knots in the Army, boat work a lot of engineering, i had knowledge of helicopter operations and weight limits to them. I was also reliable on a watch system and understood that part on deck and bridge.

Interview
Application Form by email and then straight to panel interview. Mostly behaviour questions and some can you do it? type questions. Then i have privilege to chat to one current employee of the board. I asked for feedback after the interview, a general feedback was given by the hiring manager.
