Very laid back. Took place at a Starbucks. Asked maybe 10 questions. Hired you pretty much based on if you seemed like a normal kid that could handle a 10 hour/ week job. They informed you about training required to get the job.

You apply online throughout the company website and if the like the resume you submitted, then they will give you a call and ask you to come in for a one on one interview. Make sure you're prepared to answer any questions they throw at you and remember that if you get the job, this will be your boss so be professional.

The interview process is pretty simple. To apply you just fill out an application online. They will either call or send an email to give you an interview date. The interview itself is pretty simple. The just ask you to describe yourself and ask you what you would do in certain scenarios.
