A very fair process with a phone call and two in person interviews which were hosted by team managers in the discipline I was interviewing for. Everyone was friendly every step of the way.
Two rounds of interviews, first round with future colleagues, line manager and team leader. The second interviews with principal and another colleague. Both interview were casual and interviewers were friendly.
