The interview process was really easy for my job. I emailed my resume to the head scientific director and had a 20 min interview. Afterwards, I went into the office of the head scientific director and he asked me to sit down. He then talked about what the role was like - mainly working with Excel and transporting blood samples. Then he asked me to tell him about myself. After 20 mins, he said I was hired.
