Interview
In the first round, NHC will review your application. In the second round, they will give you an interview to get to know you better and see how motivated you are for the position. In the third round, you will get a case, that you will represent in front of three/four people from NHC in English.

Why are you motivated for the shipping industry? Why are you the right person? You will also get a case where you have to solve a problem and present.

Interview
I was called in for an interview with one day notice, and needed to complete a given task in excel to present on the interview. The 3 persons who interviewed me were professional and kind and presented the company and the role I was interviewing for well. They asked me to make some adjustments on the excel task and resend it some days later. For the second interview I was told that the excel task was well completed, and we spoke more in-depth of the given role and responsibilities. They said they would get back to me within one week with a final answer. I didn’t get a feedback untill I emailed them 1,5 weeks later with new information to strengthen my canditature, only to find out that the process was closed and they chose another candidate. Besides from not calling me to inform me that I was not chosen (I was waiting for a phone call for 10 days), the process was professional and I got a good impression of the company.
