Spare your time :) Quite chaotic process. My initial HR call was cancelled just five minutes before the scheduled time—no notice, no apology. Then straight 1 hour technical interview, then asked to do an assignment that demanded a serious time investment. After completing it, I was invited to a second technical interview (90 minutes.) I spoke with four different people: one HR rep and three individuals with vague, overlapping titles like "Head of X" who also acted as developers. Roles seemed invented on the fly, and it was obvious the team wasn't aligned. Despite being told I’d receive feedback within three days, I’ve heard nothing since. Just silence. This company shows a clear lack of respect for candidates’ time and a disorganized approach to hiring….
