Not Actual Size interview questions

Had an interview with the Strategy Director. It was a pretty informal chat, just getting to know more about the agency and my own background. The job posting felt misleading as I was informed that they essentially weren't ready to hire yet because they were still 'firming up' what the role looked like and scoping what they needed.
