Interview
The interview process begins by signing some forms which asks about your educational background, among other information. Also, in these forms, you write about which courses you'd like to tutor, as well as your availability. Afterward, they ask some questions about how you might explain to someone a concept from a textbook (Example: Grade 11 Math Textbook for the Ontario curriculum). It should be no problem.

I was asked to fill out a job application form, stating my teachables. This was followed by a one-on-one interview asking me about my experiences and approaches towards teaching. I was asked to complete a skills assessment test as well.

Interview
Straightforward, accommodating, very fast. The interviewer was friendly. The interview process took 10 days. I felt comfortable in the space and didn't feel pressured. It is like any other interview in chinese tutoring places. Overall, my experience was very positive. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a teaching opportunity to apply!
