Multi-step interview to speak with both HR and hiring manger. Having some industry knowledge/background is a huge plus and also puts you in a good position if you do get through and decide to accept the offer. But expected to really hit the ground running though!

- Interview with Sales GM + regional manager to demonstrate skills & understanding of company's services
