System design: Designing a user facing application end-to-end
Found online through linkedin , applied without referral. Received a recruiter call and online assessment. Recruiter asked about logistics and was very understanding and kind. Highly recommend Notion Labs, super friendly interview process and great company
standard interview process. phone screen -> technical screen -> onsite with standard rounds (technical, system design, values). Interview questions are more practical - not leetcode style. Though they can require data structure and algorithms knowledge so always good to keep those fresh
