Caring recruitment process, making sure the employee fits the company and vice versa. During a full-day interview, people demonstrated the technology and ongoing projects. Meeting many people in the team and seeing many aspects of the company (business, dev, projects) was appealing. The process was fast, end to end in less than a month. Be prepared to be challenged in your interview.
