Novacap interview questions

Communication was efficient and interviews were relatively straight forward. Had 2 behavioral rounds then did a case in office. Case was based on data provided by the Company - not too difficult if you have the technicals down.

First round with 2 analysts, pretty straight forward technical questions, gauging your knowledge of LBOs. Second round with a senior analyst from the FIG group. All behavioural questions trying to gauge fit.
