A phone interview from a recruiter, then a Zoom meeting with the department manager, followed by a in-person meeting with the department managers of two collaborative departments, followed by a peer interview with everyone in the department.

Phone Interview with recruiter was fairly simple. A quick review of resume. They will not give you a range for the salary and will expect you to tell them a range or exact number.

It was a 3 step process. Screening, skills test, final interview. The screen was 30 mins, skills test was 45 minutes, and final interview was an hour. The screening was just you and two manager. The skills test was you and two managers. The final interview was you and five analyst + the director.
