It was around 4 rounds fast process, last round in person. There is only one spot for the role. The first round was a screening phone call then then zoom interviews. The final round was multiple rounds with different admin staff.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Novant Health in Sept 2017
Interview
There is an initial application period followed by a phone interview then an onsite interview. The phone interview was only 25 minutes and was with the current fellows. Overall the interview seemed easy, but the competition was steep.
