HR managers changes often, bad sign as for me. I was on the interview twice. At first time there was a test and an interview then, about my experience. At first time they didn't accept the salary I wanted. Year later I came back with more salary expected, but I was denied after saying that. HR manager said, that I didn't pass the test. The test was absolutely the same, and I couldn't make any mistake, because I passed OCP right before on about 90%. The only difference was in expected salary. My conclusion - the company is greedy. Office is full of pictures of CEO and shows how cool he is. Not a good sign as for me, I don't want to work for self-looped and vain person. In my opinion, CEO is a person you want to be look for, who can be proud achievements in business, but not a guy who proud of how awesome he is.
