The first experience was quite awkward: I had applied online submitting my CV and letter, but after few days (I remember it was Easter Sunday) I received an automatic notification stating I was not selected. You can imagine my surprise when just a week later I was approached by a company recruiter for the same role!
There were multiple interview stages:
1. general phone call with HR
2. a short (ca. 20') phone interview with a country procurement manager to check both my language proficiency and experience
3. a structured phone interview with one global process owner (ca. 45')
4. another structured phone interview with a second global process owner (ca. 35')
5. a final face to face structured interview with the local procurement domain lead (ca. 40')
6. commercial negotiation of the offer with HR
