I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Novartis in Mar 2018
Interview
1st phone screen with a recruiter within a few days of applying online, 2nd phone screen with another recruiter after another week, then video interview (in place of on-site interview) set up 3 weeks later. The strange part was a few days after the 2nd phone screen, the recruiter notified me that the company decided to pursue other candidates. Then I was contacted the following week by that recruiter saying I could suddenly now come in for an on-site interview, with no acknowledgment of or response to previous correspondence when I had asked if I would continue to be considered for future openings. After inquiring about travel accommodation to the site for the on-site interview, the recruiter decided to switch the interview to a video interview because it's "only 1 hour". Poor visibility of the interview panel over video (1 hour total, split into two 30-minute sessions with 3 interviewers each) where I could only view one person on the screen and there was a bad audio connection which required me to dial in over the phone for audio and keep the camera on for visual purposes. I did not understand why I couldn't just come in person and on-site for the final interview and how I would've been able to see/tour the NJ facility had the interview been successful otherwise. During the phone screen, the recruiter did not know what the shifts were and just demanded flexibility from the job candidate and that I "express enthusiasm for the role". During the interview, the panel gave a completely different outline of the work schedule, which is still not clearly structured and in-the-making depending on demand.

Interview
Very quick response, two interviews were conducted and heard a decision within a few days. Prepared well for the interview as they asked questions that coincided with the job requirements.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Novartis (Morris Plains, NJ)
Interview
I had a 30 minute screening with HR discussing about my experience and personality questions to gauge whether or not I was a good fit. The person I was talking to was very informative and professional and at the end of our screening told me she would send my information to 2 of the supervisors for the next round of interviews. For the second round, I interviewed with the 2 supervisors at the same time. From the start, one of the interviewers seemed very disinterested based on her body language (did not smile at all, was distracted with her water bottle, and kept breaking eye contact with her screen). The interview was very brief and when they asked me if I had any questions, their answers were also short and not very informative at all. It had felt like this interview was only done out of formality and they already had a candidate in mind. The experience was very discouraging as I had prepared for the interview beforehand and I left feeling like I wasn't heard or even had a chance for the position. The next day, I received an email from the HR person I interviewed with saying that the position has been filled.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Novartis in Sept 2022
Interview
They basically were looking to hire people so the interview was easy. It was about 20 min. They 3xplain what they produce, the factory and the schedule. At last, they ask you a few questions whether you are capable of work in grade A/B conditions or not
