Phone screening then brought in for a 1/2 day with a panel (peers) and a couple of one-on-one interviews. Time from applying to getting the offer was less than a month.

Very standard behavior-type questions (describe how you have handled a difficult co-worker, etc.) and several specific technical questions relating to the position.
Average process, 2 phone calls, and one onsite interview. Process was a bit rushed for delay from their end upon reaching back to me with an answer or offer. I did not get the job but I found out from another recruiter who I hadnt worked with.
