      Graduate Data Analyst Interview

      24 Jun 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Novartis in May 2021

      Interview

Applied for a job that was meant to be a graduate job with a salary that would have been on the higher end for a graduate. The process took about 2 months. After 1 month I was contacted for a phone interview and a short tech interview. A month later I was informed that I lacked the required experience despite having a masters on the subject. If I had been offered the job it would have been one of the lowest offers I received. Worth applying to if you are looking for a job, the interview process is easy but slow. You will likely get a better offer elsewhere.
