I had over 7 Interviews to get the job as an Engineer in a site in Basel land. The interview process was not good scheduled by the scheduler of Novartis. By the way there is a person who schedules interviews and another HR partners who are asking questions.
Process: very bad
Interview process: exhausting
But the head of the department was a friendly and interested guy, who asks interesting and challenging engineering questions.
The other ones weren't interested and did the interview because they had to. Why is it necessary to speak with the site head??
