The process was split in 3 interviews: First a HR screen, second with the direct manager and the third with the head of the department and took around 10 week to get an answer however no feedback was provided. The first two interviews was really dynamic and "informal" chat about previous experiences and knowledge. The third interview was much more technical, asking very specific questions and some not very related/informed in the job description. The process also had an online assessment with logical and personal behavior questions that had a really short time to answer.
