Process initiated with an initial screening interview by a recruitment company, later liaised with human resources, and lastly with follow up interviews with the matrix team across functional areas and the hiring manager.
I experienced a panel interview with multiple cross functions. People were friendly. Virtual panel interviews can be intimidating. I was required to do a presentation. Overall, it was a great experience. I did not get the job but still had a positive experience.
