There were three rounds of interviews. First round was a self-directed video interview, which included general professional questions such as "describe a problem you've had and how you overcame it". Second round was a phone interview with the recruiter which went into detail about your interest in the organization and career prospects. Round 3 had two parts. Part one was a panel interview with the recruiter, and two technical managers within the organization. Part 2 was a timed PI cognitive assessment to assess general mathematical and pattern recognizing skills. There were 50 questions, which I did not complete entirely.
