Novavax interview questions

Interview process was beyond extensive! For some reason they had me talk to anyone they thought I might be working with - I think I spoke to 11 different employees! It was a huge time commitment and I can't imagine that once we got past 4-5 employees it was adding value for anyone. That said, they are people-focused.

Straightforward, Talent Acquisition was a fantastic front-facing individual for the company, and was transparent. The interview process was tough to understand, as I interviewed with functions with whom I wouldn't interact.
