Interview
The application process at the Copenhagen office was disappointing due to poor communication and a lack of transparency. When inviting me for a screening call, the company offered only one specific time slot with no flexibility. I emailed HR to ask for basic details—such as whether the interview would be via phone or video—but received no response.
The call itself lasted only 8 minutes. The recruiter did not introduce the company or explain the role, focusing only on a brief introduction and my start date. The call was ended abruptly without any opportunity for me to ask questions. Two weeks later, I received a generic rejection stating my experience wasn't a match for their current needs. It is confusing why a company would invite a candidate for a call if their CV didn't already meet those needs. The entire process felt like a disorganized box-ticking exercise that wasted everyone's time.

Interview
First stage with a "global" head discussing standard project management processes.
Second stage a repetition of the first stage with the "COO".
Third stage, informed of DISC personality test. Received an invitation to a digital questionnaire which was completed in 5 minutes- I was then scheduled to talk with HR and the "COO" to read through the "output" of this DISC test. 40 minutes were spent talking about the test results.
