Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and was offered the chance to participate in the selection process. I had an HR interview and an English assessment as my first two steps. Then I was given a challenge that I had to solve over a weekend and was invited to the office on Monday to present my results to the hiring managers. After three days I got the offer and decided to take it.
I really liked the fact that I got feedback through all stages of the process and was never indefinitely waiting for an answer. It's a culture that I've continue to foster from the HR position that I still hold. It was a different company, out of the box and very different to the traditional HR systems that I was used to. It was precisely that opportunity to try a new method of doing things that enticed me to take the offer.

Perform a market research about key players in the Technology field in Colombia and come up with a social media recruiting strategy.

Interview
the process was quite positive, first I received a call from a person from the Talent Acquisition team to learn more about my experience. This call was also important because it gave me more information about the company and the position.
Then I had an interview with the leader of the position, it was a very pleasant conversation, I told her about my experience, challenges, achievements and expectations and she was able to clarify the doubts that I had. After this I had an interview with the VP of human resources, it was also a very friendly conversation, she told me about her experience working for the company and that they were looking for this role.
In general, the process was quick, the communication of the team and how close they were in all the interviews stood out.
