Novonesis Learning and Development interview questions

Was contacted at strange out of hours by the recruiter to arrange a call. The recrutier focused on one aspect of my current role even though i had experience in other areas. Promised to send more information by email which never came and also has ghosted all email chases sent - very disappointing experience and clearly unprofessional and shocking behaviour from a recruiter/TA specialist
