It lasted about 3 weeks. There were 4 interviews in total. The interviews were quick and they were driven more as a conversation. The first 3 interviews seemed "easy" and they were conducted by phone. The last interview was supposed to be in person, but because of scheduling issues it had to be done by phone. It might have hurt the chances of getting the position. The last interview was average, although it was really hard to gauge the reaction from the person at the other end.
