The process was long, tedious, and honestly for what they were offering unnecessary. I got a email from a recruiter that navigates the whole process of whom to interview with and when. I interview with the recruiter, trainer, manager in the city I would be working, the operations manager in Pittsburgh, and the VP of operations in Pittsburgh.

Interview
Two teams interviews with two different team members, both were very laid back. There were not any tricky questions, and it was very straightforward. I received the offer shortly after.

Interview
Initially had a phone interview, then asked to come in for a "group" session which consisted of some tests then interviewing with one of the senior managers,V.P., and a team leader. Received a response about a week and a half after the group session.
