I began by submitting a written application with several questions to answer (how you embody the company values, etc.). I then completed an online psychometric test that assessed my maths and verbal reasoning skills.
From this, I was then invited to complete an automated video interview. Afterwards, I was invited to attend the assessment centre, which involved a team-based exercise.
Finally, I was invited to an interview, where the questions were based on the results of a personality form that I had completed several days prior.
