Four part online test: competence test, numerical skill, literacy skill and finally workplace behaviour. This is followed up by a pre-recorded interview with strength-based interview questions. Upon acceptance, the final stage is a live interview.

The whole process was well organised and well thought out.
It was only let down by the process being 3 months long from the end of July to October.
Once you have shown you are interested and competent, the company is very keen that you share their values.

Outside of your academic studies, describe a time when you’ve had to influence someone who has had a different opinion/point of view to your own?
First you need to pass the numerical reasoning test. The numerical reasoning test is consisted of multiple tables, graphs with questions followed after each, like cost, average cost, most profitable etc.
