Novus Labs interview questions

Team lead was a no show for the initial scheduled interview over Teams. Reached out to the recruiter and we rescheduled after he could not get a hold of my interviewer. At rescheduled interview, team lead and a current software engineer took turns asking a combination of technical and soft skills questions. I wasn't required to do a coding challenge. We finished with me asking questions about the position and expectations. Entire interview was less than an hour.
