Ntwist Full Stack Developer interview questions

I want to share my experience regarding the interview process at Ntwist, specifically about the task evaluation phase, to give other candidates a sense of what they might expect. Three months ago, I completed an interview task for Ntwist, which involved creating specific web pages using designated technologies. I submitted my work, confident in its quality and eager for feedback. However, since my submission, there has been a prolonged delay in receiving any evaluation or response. My attempts to follow up have been met with repetitive and non-committal replies. Despite sending 10 emails to inquire about my application status, I have received 8 responses, all indicating that my task was still under review. To this day, no concrete feedback or decision has been communicated to me. This experience has been quite taxing, primarily due to the lack of clear communication and closure. For candidates applying to Ntwist, be prepared for potential delays in the interview process and in receiving feedback. While the task itself was a good experience, the follow-up process has been less so. In sharing this, my hope is to provide insight into the interview process at Ntwist and to underscore the importance of timely feedback in any recruitment journey. For anyone investing their time and effort in such tasks, receiving prompt and constructive feedback is not only beneficial for personal growth but also a sign of respect from the company.
