I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. I only did the Human Resources Screening through zoom. The conversation was good and honest but never heard back from the recruiter.

Question 1
Interviewer gave context about the company and role. Asked about motivations to join Nubank and to leave previous company.
30 minute informational interview via Google Hangouts. Interviewer asked behavioural questions about leadership and conflict management. Interview was prompt, but I received no feedback after completion and was left to assume the worst, instead of receiving any formal feedback.

Processo de seleção longo, bem estruturado e com pessoas preparadas. São 4 etapas sendo Rh, Preparação e apresentação de um Business Case, Entrevista de Comportamento e por fim com o Hire Manager. O Business Case é complexo e requer bastante dedicação do candidato.
