I applied online. I interviewed at Nucleus Global in Aug 2021
Interview
I did an initial call where I got background information about the company. Then, I did two writing tests on separate days, the second one of which was timed. This was followed by an assessment day where there was a group exercise followed by an interview with three team members.
Applied online at the end of July, and was contacted for a telephone interview two months later in September. The telephone interview was pleasant, the lady I spoke to asked about my experiences and why I'm interested in Medical communications. I was then informed that my application is been progressed to the next stage, and that I have to complete a writing test. This test was to write a 750 word feature article on a journal paper, basically to see if you could make difficult scientific concepts easy to understand. I was told my writing test was a pass, and was invited for an interview at the London office- but when I replied letting them know my availability, I got no response (this was almost one month ago). Beware applying for this company, they do seem to like wasting peoples time
