There was a phone interview with a radiologist who described the practice, case expectations and workload. The interview took 30 minutes. There was an opportunity to ask questions about benefits and atmosphere.

Looks like its a 3 step process. First interview with the HR, second interview with the director, and third interview with a supervisor. No technical questions or behavioral questions. HR did not know much about the position (pretty standard for small companies). Lack of technical questions was surprising
