The interview process took me about 3 weeks, as I spaced out my interviews while I was out and checking other places. There is an initial 15- minute phone screening asking about your background and how you would handle a student and parent in a scenario. Then there is a longer interview over Zoom, and 1-2 sessions with coaches to learn more about the company and practice your tutoring skills. They give you the tutoring scenarios beforehand so you can prepare (and those are quick - only take a minute or two)!
