Interview
I met with the recruiter for the basic phone screen followed by the hiring manager via video call, yet the hiring manager claimed their camera wasn't working so I was talking to a blank screen. Then I was asked to perform a written task, which isn't my favorite, but fine. I was told great job and then given yet ANOTHER project/task to complete. I declined to continue with the interview process as two multi-hour tasks are way beyond what anyone else is doing in the marketing industry.

Extremely unprofessional and a really disappointing experience. Applied online and received an invite for a screening call with HR about 1-2 weeks after applying. I was excited and the opportunity seemed promising. After providing my availability for the call, I didn't hear back for 2 days. HR replied back stating that if my availability was the same that they would contact me between the 3 hour time frame I gave. No selecting a specific time, just I guess be available for them whenever...I had to let them know that because of the delayed response my availability changed. New date/time was scheduled for the following week. This time they did pick a set time...On date of time of call, HR contact never called. I sent an email asking if I had missed the time or if they needed to reschedule. No response. You'd think they would have back up for another teammate to take the call with me if they couldn't take the call or at least email. More than 2 days went by before receiving a response and apology. New HR screening call set for following week...At time of scheduled call, HR missed the call AGAIN. They eventually called 30 mins late. HR contact also did not know basic information about the company like how many customers and key industries. I was then moved on to another call with senior leadership and after have never heard anything back. Complete waste of time and I wish I would have never applied. Wouldn't want to see how they run internally if this is how they handle prospective employees. Very concerning.
