Interview
Screen call with internal recruiter for 15 minutes. Screen call with two developers for an hour on Zoom just talking about the job. Probably the most bizarre interview of my life as they didn’t really describe the job, seemed to not understand the complexity of certain tasks they were planning, saying that their decisions were made by an architecture team and not themselves, while not describing any of the projects that would be worked on, not the skills required for them. They tended to belittle me and left 5 minutes to ask any questions. Gave strange feedback as my experience was very relevant to the role so can only presume some bias towards me personally as I don’t see any other reason, seeing as the tech stack and job spec requirements were covered. Feel I dodged a bullet at least. Recommend to put the interviewers through training.

Unprofessional they do not respect their candidates. They left me waiting for 30 mins without showing to the interview. I sent an email to two recruiters and after 30 mins they mention that I am rejected and that the will not complete the process.

Question 1
first round was about what I did before it was fun with 2 professionals engineers and I did really well. Second round was with 2 engineers about implementing an acyclic graph. I started the implementation they asked me to do the tests. At the beginning I asked if I should go TDD or is it okay to implement first. They said it is ur call. later they said I should have started with the tests and bye. I waited for a room for the second interview but then after 30 mins the recruiter calls to say that I am rejected. Which was very rude to leave me wait for 30 mins with no one showing.
