Phone screen, in person, and follow up interview for team vetting. Very drawn out process and unnecessary given the organization and role. A very misleading process too. Big proMises are made about growth and development and vertical movement. But it doesn't exist. They need you more than you need them.

Interview
Very thorough and professional. David was very friendly and asked great questions. Everyone I interacted with seemed to enjoy their work and the culture seemed laid back. I had opportunities elsewhere, but was highly impressed by NutriSavings.
