My Resume was shortlisted and recieved hr call . Next day the line manager has interviewed me. She asked me common questions and given some task. At the end she asks me to prepare more for the 2nd round of interview for next day. I thoroughly studied for interview and invested my whole day for the preparation. Next day I was waiting for the call from hr, but no one at the company bothered to inform me. I tried calling hr and Manager for several times but no one replied my emails and calls. And at the 11th hour they emailed me that my CV was not shortlisted for futher round. I mean are you seriously kidding me? The Manager herself given me chance for 2nd interview and now at 11th hour you are saying my profile is not shortlisted. The Company is so UNPROFFESIONAL and also the Hr is so dumb and lame to answer the calls .So disappointed with process, they literally don't care about anyone and ironically the company is saying that they care about the employees. Nykaa totally wasted my time and energy.
